RealmSkin.com currently ships only in the U.S. No international orders will be processed at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. At this time, RealmSkin.com does not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories or to international addresses except for Canada. 

Free Shipping:

Realmskin.com currently offers free shipping for United States customers that spend $50 or more in a single order. This free shipping method is solely based on the weight of each package as they are being processed through our facility.

• Orders that weigh 1 lb or over will be shipped out using USPS Priority Mail Service.

• Orders that weigh under 1 lb will be shipped out using USPS' First Class Package Service.

Realm Skincare uses USPS as it's sole shipping carrier at the moment. Realm Skincare only ships packages using USPS' Priority Mail Service and First Class Package Service. All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours of being placed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow approximately 2-4 days for the processing and shipping of all orders. Returns and Exchanges:

When you return your purchase to RealmSkin.com within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the 
item(s). A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used in the original purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process. 

Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned. 

Only items purchased on RealmSkin.com can be returned to RealmSkin.com. Items purchased outside our website must be returned to their original point of purchase.  

Out of Stock Items:

For out of stock items on a customer's order, said items will be refunded to store credit on the RealmSkin.com account used to make the purchase. We will process this refund within a 24-48 hour period. RealmSkin store credit is instant and does not expire. Out of stock orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis and authorized at RealmSkin’s discretion to either be credited to a customer's RealmSkin account for the whole order or only the out of stock item(s). This means that if a customer places a single item order, the whole order will be canceled in the case of an out of stock item. If there are multiple items on an order and any items are out of stock it is at RealmSkin’s discretion to either cancel the whole order or partially cancel the order to an instant store credit on the RealmSkin.com account the order was placed from.

Please Note: If store credit is unsatisfactory, RealmSkin's customer support department will be able to transfer the store credit to a card refund with no deduction incurred.

Return to Sender Packages:

If your package is returned to sender, we have to receive the package before issuing any credits or refunds. You will be credited for the order amount minus the cost of shipping. All return to sender packages will be issued a store credit as the standard refund method. If store credit is unsatisfactory, our service agents will transfer the store credit to a card refund. All card refunds incur a 2% deduction to cover credit card fees. By agreeing to all of the above, we strongly urge to carefully look at your order before making the final completion of your purchase.

Delivery Delays:

Once Realm Skincare has handed the package over to USPS, it is their responsibility. We do not guarantee transit times. If customers are experiencing issues with their package in transit, please contact USPS directly.

Lost Package Policy:

In the event you feel confident the package has been lost, you can file a claim directly through USPS. After 15 days (20 days for Canadian orders, 45 days for Military addresses, 30 days for other countries) from the last scan and the package has not been scanned as delivered, on the 16th day (or 21st day for Canadian orders, 46th day for Military orders or 31st for other countries) we will re-ship the order to you if the items are still in stock, in the case that the items are out of stock we will apply store credit to your account. If we determine that the package was lost due to an incorrectly provided address, you will need to make another purchase and file a claim through USPS. If the package shows delivered and is not in your mailbox please check with your neighbors or postman. Once the package shows delivered to the confirmed address we can file a claim for you and if approved by USPS we will only be able to cover what USPS reimburses us for, up to the $100 that USPS covers per Priority packages. Claims can take up to 30 days to get approved. If you want to file the claim you can at this link https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. For First-Class packages, we are unable to file a claim as there is no insurance on First-Class packages. Anytime a package has been stolen from your home you should file a Mail Theft inspection with the postal service online or at the post office.
